Mt Kenya Safari Club is an absolutely brutal course despite it being a pitch and putt course composed of par 3 holes. On the plus side, the course sits virtually in the shadows of Mount Kenya and therefore offers some of the most spectacular views that could be found on any golf course.


This golf course is well-maintained with Kikuyu grass on both the fairways and the greens. Flocks of water birds fly about the course and alight at the ponds to feed. Peacocks also make their way about the ground of the club and all of its facilities several holes have water bunkers, or small ponds, at greenside which are used for drainage purpose as the course is built on the side of a hill.

Aberdare's country club is located in the Mweiga slopes below the aberdare ranges in central kenya, the country club is located in the Aberdare's wildlife sanctuary which is 1,300 acres of pristine nature. Visitors can view Elephants, Leopard's, Buffalo, Rhino and over 290 Bird species. Playing at Aberdare's offers visitors the opportunity to view wildlife in a natural setting while enjoying a round of golf with magnificent scenery surrounding you.
